Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of Trip4Pro, a B2B platform designed to connect travel agencies and service providers.

1. Definitions

For the purpose of these Terms:

  • “Trip4Pro” means the software platform and related services provided through the Trip4Pro website and application.
  • “Agency” means a business user who creates service requests (for example: accommodation, transportation, activities, flights, cruises) for client travel needs.
  • “Provider” means a business user who responds to service requests with quotes and service availability.
  • “User” means any person accessing Trip4Pro, including Agencies, Providers, and administrators.
  • “Content” includes information submitted or displayed on the platform such as profiles, requests, quotes, messages, and files.
  • “Points” means usage credits that may be required for certain platform actions, depending on configuration.

2. About Trip4Pro (Intermediary Role)

Trip4Pro is a business-to-business platform that facilitates introductions and workflows between Agencies and Providers. Trip4Pro does not sell travel services directly, does not act as a licensed travel agency, and does not guarantee the availability, price, legality, quality, or suitability of services offered by Providers. Any commercial agreement is concluded directly between the Agency and the Provider.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

Trip4Pro is intended for business users. By registering, you represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of the business entity you register and that all registration information you provide is accurate, complete, and kept up to date.

  • Account security: You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activities under your account.
  • Business identity: We may request additional information to verify the legitimacy of a business account.
  • Availability: We may suspend registrations or restrict features in order to protect platform integrity.

4. Platform Features

Trip4Pro provides tools that may include:

  • Service request creation and management by Agencies.
  • Quote submission and tracking by Providers.
  • Messaging between Users, including file attachments where enabled.
  • Notifications and activity tracking to support timely responses.
  • Optional real-time functionality, which may be enabled depending on configuration (for example, using Pusher). Real-time delivery is not guaranteed.

5. Points, Packages, and Access Rules

Trip4Pro may use a points-based model to access or publish certain functionality (for example, posting a request or unlocking responses). Points packages, pricing, and point costs may be configured by administrators and may change over time. You are responsible for reviewing applicable point costs before confirming any action that consumes points.

  • Points may expire or be restricted based on policy, configuration, or applicable law.
  • Points are not legal tender and have no cash value unless required by applicable law.
  • Trip4Pro may correct obvious pricing or configuration errors where permitted.

6. Payments

Where enabled, payments for points/packages may be processed using payment providers configured by administrators (including Stripe and/or PayPal). Trip4Pro does not store full card details; payment processing is handled by the payment provider according to their terms. Taxes, fees, and currency conversion charges may apply depending on your payment method and jurisdiction.

7. Messaging and Communications

Trip4Pro includes messaging features to help Agencies and Providers communicate about requests and quotes. You agree to use messaging professionally and lawfully. You are responsible for ensuring that any personal data you share is appropriate and permitted by law and contract.

  • Do not use messaging for spam, harassment, illegal offers, or distribution of malicious content.
  • Do not attempt to bypass platform safety controls or collect private contact details improperly.
  • Messages may be logged for security, abuse prevention, and auditability purposes.

8. Acceptable Use

You must not misuse the platform. Prohibited activities include:

  • Violating applicable laws, regulations, or third‑party rights.
  • Uploading malware or attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other accounts.
  • Scraping, reverse engineering, or interfering with the platform’s operation.
  • Impersonation, misrepresentation of business identity, or submitting false information.
  • Using Trip4Pro to arrange fraudulent transactions or to launder funds.

9. Content Standards and Responsibility

You retain ownership of your Content, but you grant Trip4Pro a limited license to host, store, process, display, and transmit your Content as necessary to operate the platform and provide features to Users. You are solely responsible for your Content, including the accuracy of requests and quotes and the legality of files and attachments you upload.

10. Disclaimers (No Guarantees)

Trip4Pro is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee:

  • That any request will receive quotes or that any quote will be accepted.
  • Provider availability, pricing, response times, or service quality.
  • That messaging or notifications will be delivered in real time (especially when optional real-time features are disabled or degraded).
  • That the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trip4Pro will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the platform. Trip4Pro’s total liability for claims related to the platform will not exceed the amount you paid to Trip4Pro (if any) for the relevant period, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Trip4Pro harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your Content, your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third‑party rights.

13. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Trip4Pro if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for other Users, or engaged in unlawful activity. You may stop using the platform at any time. Certain sections (including disclaimers and limitation of liability) will survive termination.

14. Dispute Handling

Trip4Pro is not a party to agreements between Agencies and Providers. Disputes regarding delivery, refunds, cancellations, or service quality must be resolved directly between the Agency and Provider. Trip4Pro may, at its discretion, provide platform logs or account information to support investigation, subject to law and privacy obligations.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. We will post the updated version on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of Trip4Pro after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
