Trip4Pro is a business-to-business software platform that connects travel agencies and service providers to facilitate the exchange of service requests and quotes. Trip4Pro is an intermediary platform and does not sell travel services to consumers and is not a licensed travel agency.

Trip4Pro includes a set of operational tools intended to support B2B workflows:

  • Request creation and management, including categorization and requirements fields.
  • Provider quote submission and lifecycle tracking (pending/accepted/rejected/withdrawn, where enabled).
  • In-platform messaging and notifications to support clarifications and coordination.
  • A points/packages model that may apply to certain actions depending on configuration.
  • Admin-configured payments for packages/points (for example, via Stripe and/or PayPal).
  • Optional real-time updates depending on configuration (for example, Pusher). Real-time delivery is not guaranteed.

3. Provider Listings and Public Pages

Trip4Pro may display public provider directory pages by category. Public pages may intentionally limit or mask contact information to protect businesses and encourage secure onboarding. Full access to contact details and messaging may require registration and authentication.

4. Disclaimers

  • No guarantee of availability: Trip4Pro does not guarantee that Providers can deliver any requested service.
  • No guarantee of price: Prices are determined by Providers and may change at any time.
  • Intermediary only: Agreements are formed directly between Agencies and Providers; Trip4Pro is not a party to those agreements.
  • Optional features: Certain features (such as real-time updates) depend on configuration and may be unavailable.

5. Compliance and Security

Trip4Pro maintains logs and security controls intended to protect the platform and its Users. We may monitor usage patterns, enforce rate limits, and take actions to prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access. Users are responsible for complying with applicable laws, including data protection laws, when sharing information via the platform.
